4th semester project

The Nightingale

The Nightingale is a multi-storey building with underground parking, commercial area at groundfloor, and apartments on upper floors.

The building holds the shape of a nightingale spreading its wings - a symbol well-mentioned in many Northern Europe mythology. We name it after the creature with the view of constructing a strong, yet elegant building, where people can feel safe and comfortable for usage.

3th semester project

Car Dealership Project

The Car Dealership includes a car showroom, offices, and a car repairing workshop.

The main theme of this semester is industrialized construction. We had to work on building elements that are manufactured in the factory and can be assembled on the construction site. It is a great idea to use prefabricated elements to reduce construction costs, time, and waste.

In addition, we students have a chance to obtain basic principles and theories regarding Plan mangement such as the 80/20 principle, LEAN theory, etc, and methods for the establishment and operation of a business.

2nd semester project

Single Family House

Client: A family with 2 adults and 2 children

Top priorities: nice view, needs office for working at home.

The family's "dream house" is a lightweight framed home with wood cladding at the facades.

1st semester project

1st Semester work

This semester's major goal was to familiarize us with the basics. The goal of the projects was to obtain information, skills, and competencies such as the ability to collaborate with fellow students and tutors. The lessons we received in Autodesk Revit - an Autodesk application which we began working on in the first semester - were a terrific supplement to all of that. Though, most of the drawings were done by hand this semester.

Stay In Touch.
